Hustle is a dance which allows dancers to express themselves freely through body movement and music interpretation. This workshop offers a rare opportunity for followers to add technique in arm styling, footwork, body positioning, and to gain confidence to their dancing.

During the workshop, each dance pattern is broken down in detail of follower's dance rhythm, foot placement and form, body position, arm styling, syncopations, and variation in movements. Then, the leader's footwork and hand movement are explained to achieve clear execution of the pattern. Exercises are giving to create sexiness with contra-body/hip motion, to develop followers' abilities to position their arms and fingers in elegance, and to build strong foundations for spinning and turning.

During the practice session, Joy will be answering questions individually or in small groups to clarify the material covered during the workshop.
