It combines Latin-flavored music and traditional dance moves from salsa, meringue, hip hop and other styles with aerobics to keep people grooving and shaking while they're burning calories and sculpting their bodies. You do not have to be a dancer to enjoy Zumba. It is for people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. As long as you're moving and having fun, there's really no wrong way to Zumba.
